2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, all products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.
Handmade and Natural Materials
Please note that handmade items and natural gemstones may vary slightly in appearance, colour, or finish. Such variations do not constitute faults. Any gemstones which are not natural will be clearly labelled as such
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (by arrangement)
- Klarna, Clearpay or other instalment services
Full payment is required before dispatch or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Ordering
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch your items.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to: stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
UK Deliveries:
- Standard delivery: 3-7 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays once items are in transit.
International Deliveries:
We deliver internationally to selected countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photographic evidence.
6. Returns and Refunds
Online Purchases:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date you receive your item. To qualify:
- Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable
- Pierced earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] . Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Custom Orders
For bespoke or made-to-order pieces:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required
- Lead times vary and will be confirmed before production
- No refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty
8. Repairs and Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults. This does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Repairs outside the warranty may be subject to a fee.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of TMG JEWELLERY LTD and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not store payment card details.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays or failures outside of our control
- Any allergic reactions to materials (please contact us if you have sensitivities)

12. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
