What materials are used in your jewellery?

We use a wide range of high-quality metals and gemstones within our range of jewellery, from gold and silver to diamonds and rubies. When shopping for a bespoke piece, we can customise the metals and gemstones to your unique preferences.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Many of the metals we use within our jewellery are hypoallergenic as they are pure metals or high-quality alloys. When buying high purity metals such as pure gold or silver, an allergic reaction is very unlikely.

How do I find out my ring size?

Are your gemstones conflict free?

Yes. We source all of our gemstones from responsible suppliers to ensure that they are conflict free.

Is your jewellery handmade?

Yes, all the jewellery within our range is handmade by our expert jeweller, meaning you won’t find these pieces available anywhere else. Additionally, we can create bespoke jewellery that is designed exactly to your preferences.

How can I care for my jewellery by The Middle Green?

What if my jewellery gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your jewellery from The Middle Green becomes damaged, please contact us to enable us to assess the damage and determine whether a repair is possible. When you purchase bespoke jewellery from The Middle Green, you are welcome to bring any bespoke item of jewellery back once a year for a complimentary clean and polish as well as a general check for any wear and tear.

Shipping and Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £100.

What are your delivery times?

Our delivery times are primarily dependent on Royal Mail services. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How do I track my order?

Tracking is available for all orders placed with The Middle Green. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time through the Royal Mail website.

What is your returns policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your product, we offer returns within 30 days, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note, this excludes bespoke made pieces. 

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, you can exchange your purchase within 30 days, as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition and packaging. If you wish to exchange for a different size, style, or item, simply contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Will my jewellery be gift wrapped?

All jewellery purchased from The Middle Green will be beautifully presented in a high quality jewellery box which is perfect for gifting.

The cost of our bespoke jewellery varies based on the complexity of the piece and the materials used. Please contact us to arrange an initial consultation with our expert jewellers to discuss your bespoke piece.
